- PRIVATE SESSION and/ or CLASS POLICY:
- Any cancelation must be done 2 hours prior to the start of any private session or class. If you cancel at least 2 hours before start of the class or private session, you will be credited in full. Credit is applicable to a make-up session within the same month for a private session and is only available if there is space for any class. Please be aware, we do not refund cancelations.
- If there is low enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel. If we cancel due to low enrollment, you will be refunded in full for classes not used.
- We reserve the right to expel any student from the program for reasons including, but not limited to behavioral or learning issues. We will expel a student based solely on our own discretion. If a student is expelled for any reason, deposit/ payment for any sessions/ classes not attended will be returned in full.
- Deposits for upcoming classes are ONLY refundable if canceling 2 weeks prior to start of that class.
- If a parent chooses to withdraw their child from our Montessori program during the school year Brainy Academy will attempt to replace the student and fill the spot. In order for Brainy Academy to attempt to replace the student notification of withdrawal from the program must be made at least 30 days in advance in writing. In case a replacement can be found before the month of withdrawal commences, deposit will be returned. In case a replacement is not found deposit will be forfeited. If a parent does not inform Brainy Academy of withdrawal from the program at least 30 days in advance deposit will be forfeit. Deposit can be used as payment for tuition in the month of June or later.
- All caregivers are expected to remain on premises at all times.
BIRTHDAY PARTY CANCELATION POLICY: 50% deposit is required to reserve a date for your birthday party. The balance is due the day of the party before the party starts. You are entitled to a 75% refund if the party is canceled 2 weeks prior to the party date.
