At Brainy Academy we passionately believe that the best way to prepare your child for the world of tomorrow is by teaching them to love learning today. Our child centered, progressive program of education features classes for every age group and interest. We subscribe to the philosophy that every child is an individual and that every child has an ability and an eagerness to learn.

  • Calling all MOM’s: Bring a bottle of wine and a snack to share.

General Policy

Private Session and/ or Class Policy

  • Any cancelation must be done 2 hours prior to the start of any private session or class. If you cancel at least 2 hours before start of the class or private session, you will be credited in full. Credit is applicable to a make-up session within the same month for a private session and is only available if there is space for any class. Please be aware, we do not refund cancelations.
  • If there is low enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel. If we cancel due to low enrollment, you will be refunded in full for classes not used.
  • We reserve the right to expel any student from the program for reasons including, but not limited to behavioral or learning issues. We will expel a student based solely on our own discretion.If a student is expelled for any reason, deposit/ payment for any sessions/ classes not attended will be returned in full.
  • Deposits for classes reserve a spot for your child for the duration of the program and are NOT refundable.
  • All caregivers are expected to remain on premises at all times.
